Patient has any history of a cerebral vascular accident (excluding reversible ischemic neurological deficit (RIND) and transient ischemic attack (TIA)).

Stroke, ischemic or hemorrhagic

Patient has any history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

COPD

Patient has any history of dementia / Alzheimer’s disease / chronic confusion / senility.
